The Jordan Trail (Hidan, Mujeb, Kerak, Wadi Rum, Red Sea)

Rum to Aqaba, Aqaba Mountains.

During the last couple of weeks The Jordan Trail team was out on the trail, Mapping, Photographing and keeping notes about the trail, we have done two amazing parts. The first was from Wadi Hidan all the way to Kerak City, crossing Wadi Mujeb which took us 4 days camping out, one night near Shqaiq Area and the other 2 nights down in Wadi Mujeb.

In This part the views was incredible, either from down inside the two great Canyons of Jordan (Mujeb and Waleh) or from the top of Mathlothah and Shqaiq Area. The path we found going down to Mujeb was a nice success knowing that it is the only path taking you down to the water all along the northern rim of the canyon, where other parts are closed by high cliffs.
The other part was crossing from Wadi Rum all the way to Red Sea. This part also was full of dramatic sceneries from Wadi Rum and the passes between Aqaba Mountains arriving to the Red Sea.
Now only one part left for the Trail to be ready which connects Kerak to Dana, and this is what we will be doing during the next week!
